At MonZilo, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of our freelancing and digital work, all completed projects are non-refundable once delivered.
Eligible Refunds
- If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a full refund may be issued.
- If service delivery is delayed beyond the agreed timeframe, clients may request a partial refund.
No Refunds For
- Completed and delivered services.
- Change of mind after work initiation.
- Affiliate or advertisement-based purchases.
